Teyana Taylor Knows How To Throw A Party, And Her Halloween Bash With La La Anthony Proves It

Teyana Taylor knows how to throw a party. The Rose from Harlem hosts some of the most FOMO-worthy nights we have ever heard of, serves multiple looks at every event, and keeps the vibes flowing.

Then, on the red carpet, Teyana is also known as a couture chameleon. Her transformations transcend trend. In a single season, she can move from fierce to romantic, urban streetwear to proper preppy, princess, and everything in between.

So when this queen celebrates Halloween, it becomes the talk of the town.

This year, she joined some of our favorite it girls in hosting a Halloween soirée. Megan Thee Stallion threw her annual Hottieween bash, and Janelle Monáe brought back Wondaween.

Teyana tapped her girl La La Anthony as host, and the pictures, social media content, and coverage did not disappoint.

Teyana Taylor Brought Jimmy Neutron To Life, Goddard And All

First, Teyana gave us Jimmy Neutron. “Y’all know auntie don’t play about Halloween,” she said in a behind-the-scenes video.

She wore a towering auburn wig sculpted into Jimmy’s signature swirl. Her oversized red top had a woven, quilted texture, a mock neck and Jimmy’s yellow atom logo across the chest. She paired it with textured blue jeans cuffed at the ankle and red-and-white sneakers.

The props took it all the way to Retroville. Teyana wore an olive canvas backpack with a matching atom logo and two attached rocket boosters. She also carried Jimmy’s handheld gadget. Goddard, his robot dog, came along as a silver-and-gold build with glowing eyes and a red tongue.

Social media captures from inside the party are as spooky and sexy as we’d expect them to be. Candles lined the staircase, cobwebs draped the wall sconces, and red roses sat throughout the space.

Teyana switched into a black corset bodysuit with silver piping and silver skull appliqués. She added rhinestone-trimmed black gloves, a purple jeweled choker, and sheer black tights. Her curly black hair had streaks of hot pink, purple, and red, and her glam matched, with purple brows and a deep berry lip.

La La hosted as the Cat in the Hat – styled her way. Put another way, this Dr. Seuss character never looked this good.

The “Power” actress wore a black patent corset that hugged her every curve with a white faux-fur front. She finished the look with the charqacter’s signature red-and-white striped hat and an oversized red bow, opera gloves, fishnets, and thigh-high boots.

“The cat is out the bag,” La La captioned her Instagram photos.

Her followers agreed.

Lala and Teyana were in good company for the party, and everyone understood the assignment. Cameras spotted Remy Ma, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jordyn Woods, Fabolous, Ari Fletcher, Joey Bada$$, and more. Remy Ma turned heads as Lil’ Red Riding Hood, and KAT dressed as the Mask.

Our favorite celebs did not play this Halloween. We’ll be looking for our invite next year, Teyana!
