On Saturday, Oct. 17, Walmart stores nationwide, including locations across the greater St. Louis region, will host a free community Wellness Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees can access health screenings, low-cost immunizations, and speak with Walmart pharmacists about their health and wellness needs.

The event will also offer no-cost flu shots with most insurance (restrictions apply).
