By Zoila Palma: On September 13, 2026, Prime Minister John Briceno joined the nation in congratulating all student-athletes representing Belize at CODICADER in Honduras.
“We especially want to recognize Jordi Escalante forhis receiving the silver award in his sport – Javelin – at Codicader. He is a member of our OW Central BYM and a camp volunteer for our constituency summer programme,” the Prime Minister said.
Belizeans join the PM in congratulating Jordi and all medalists.
“We’re proud of all of you,” the PM said.
