Mighty Wanderers interim head coach says the team’s technical consultant Patrick Mabedi is adding a value in the Nomads’ CAF Champions League campaign.
The Nomads engaged the former Flames coach to help them in their continental showpiece’s first preliminary round assignments against Simba Sports Club, owing to his knowledge of Tanzanian football following his stint with another top outfit in the East African nation, Young Africans as an assistant coach last season.
Said Mtetemera: “I am happy with Mabedi’s input on the technical aspects and we are benefitting a lot.
“His focus has been on video analysis on the opponents by analysing their opponents’ strengths and weaknesses.”
Mabedi said he will comment at an appropriate time.
The Nomads are itching to upset the tables tomorrow having lost the preliminary round first leg 0-1 at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe last Sunday.
The second leg is scheduled for Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
