Marketing Founder Raven Paris Is Investing in Baltimore’s Entrepreneurs With Wealth Summit LIVE

The Baltimore founder is redefining wealth with an expanded six-day summit this November.

Raven Paris is a Baltimore entrepreneur and communications strategist who builds businesses while opening doors for the next generation of entrepreneurs. Through CEO’s Evolve Marketing Agency, she has helped more than 1,000 entrepreneurs develop five-figure-plus brands. Her work now spans entrepreneurship, marketing, youth empowerment and wealth-building, including a multi-use coworking space, a youth nonprofit and Wealth Summit LIVE, the wealth-building experience she co-founded.

That summit returns to Baltimore November 3 through 8 with an expanded six-day experience. Wealth Summit LIVE brings people together around financial freedom, entrepreneurship, wellness and generational legacy, and this year Raven Paris is widening the conversation to cover every part of a well-built life.

How Raven Paris Builds CEOs, One Brand at a Time

Raven’s agency work begins with a shift in mindset. “Through CEO’s Evolve Marketing Agency, we’ve helped more than 300 entrepreneurs strengthen their brands, communicate their value, and position themselves for growth,” she says. “My goal has always been to help business owners see themselves as CEOs, not just people with a product or service to sell.”

After years of working closely with founders, she has seen a clear pattern among those who break through. “One thing I’ve noticed about entrepreneurs who build five-figure brands and beyond is that they’re intentional,” Raven Paris says. “They understand who they’re serving, they’re willing to invest in their businesses, and they recognize that branding is more than a logo or social media presence. It’s about building trust, creating an experience, and consistently delivering value.”

A Creative Home for Baltimore’s Brightest

Raven has always seen her city as full of gifted people, and she has watched too many of them search for the tools to match their talent. “I’ve always believed Baltimore has incredible talent,” she says. “What I’ve also seen is that talent doesn’t always come with access to the resources, spaces, and opportunities needed to succeed.”

CEO’s Evolve Studios, which has been described as Baltimore’s most anticipated content creation coworking space, is her answer for creatives and business owners. “CEO’s Evolve Studios was created to address that gap for entrepreneurs and creatives,” she says. “I wanted to build a space where people could create content, collaborate, and bring their business ideas to life without feeling like they had to leave their community to find those opportunities.”

Raising the Next Generation of CEOs

As co-founder of the CEO Empowerment Network, Raven is working to break cycles of poverty by providing tuition-free educational opportunities for underserved Baltimore youth ages 10 to 19. “With the CEO Empowerment Network, our focus is on reaching young people even earlier,” she says. “We provide underserved Baltimore youth with opportunities to learn about entrepreneurship, technology, financial literacy, and leadership through hands-on experiences.”

The results are already taking shape. The nonprofit has helped 30 young people open bank accounts with $100 in seed funding and has awarded more than $8,000 through student pitch competitions. Through its Youth Advisory Board, young people also help shape the programming they take part in.

“Both initiatives reflect my belief that potential is everywhere, but opportunity and access aren’t always distributed equally. We’re working to help close that gap.”

Wealth Summit LIVE Goes Bigger

For this year’s summit, Raven Paris wants attendees to leave with a fuller definition of what it means to be wealthy. “I want people to leave Wealth Summit LIVE understanding that wealth is bigger than a dollar amount in your bank account,” she says. “Financial security matters, but so does your health, your relationships, your career, your peace of mind, and the legacy you’re creating for the people coming behind you.”

That vision drives the summit’s expanded programming, which includes an interactive Wealth Circuit, personalized Wealth Action Plans and one-on-one access to financial experts. “We’re giving attendees more than inspiration,” Raven says. “We’re helping them identify practical next steps.”

For Raven, the summit brings every part of her work into one room. “For me, Wealth Summit LIVE is an extension of everything we’re building through CEO’s Evolve and the CEO Empowerment Network,” she says. “Whether we’re helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, introducing young people to financial literacy, or bringing an entire community together to talk about wealth, the mission is still to give people the knowledge, resources, and opportunities to create a better future for themselves.”

The Studio Era Ahead

Looking toward 2027, Raven’s biggest priority is helping CEO’s Evolve Studios flourish as a place where businesses, brands and people can thrive. “I want the studio to be a hub for creativity, collaboration, and opportunity,” she says. “A place where entrepreneurs can bring their ideas to life, connect with other talented people, access resources, and build brands they’re proud of.”

She measures success by the people who walk through the doors and leave with more than they came in with. “The true measure of success in 2027 and beyond will be the businesses that grow, the opportunities created, and the people empowered to pursue their goals through CEO’s Evolve Studios,” Raven Paris says.
