Halo BPO sweetens the deal: $10 an hour plus commission for home based sales agents

By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Halo BPO is back on the hiring trail, and the terms have improved. The company’s latest recruitment drive for work from home sales agents offers $9.00 BZD per hour during training, rising to $10.00 BZD per hour after training, plus commission and bonuses, with pay issued weekly, an upgrade on the $8.50 flat rate advertised earlier this month.

The role is full time outbound sales, done entirely from home anywhere in Belize. The qualifying bar has risen alongside the pay: applicants now need two or more years of sales experience, and credit repair experience is listed as a plus, suggesting the campaign involves the credit services market.

The technical requirement is the other significant change. Home internet must deliver at least 85 Mbps download and 45 Mbps upload, a specification that in practice points to fibre-grade service, so applicants should run a speed test before applying.

For experienced sellers with strong connections, the package is among the more competitive remote offers advertised locally: guaranteed hourly pay, weekly payout, and commission upside on top.
