Women-owned and women-led businesses earning $100,000 or more can enter for a $5,000 cash grant from Entreprenista and IT Cosmetics. Entries close November 30.

The Entreprenista Evolve Grant is open to women founders through November 30, 2026. Entreprenista, the women founders network led by co-founders Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer, is awarding $5,000 in cash to one revenue-generating business this season, with the grant prize sponsored by IT Cosmetics. There is no cost to enter, and the grant is built for founders who have moved past the early stage and are ready to fund their next phase of growth.
What the Winner Receives
One winner will receive a $5,000 cash grant. Entreprenista describes the funding as support for the growth-critical investments founders often hold off on when cash flow is tight, from strengthening the foundation of the business to moving forward on plans that are already proven. The winner will be notified by email, must reply to accept, and will receive the grant approximately 30 days after verification. As with any cash award, the recipient is responsible for applicable taxes and will be asked to complete an IRS W-9 form.
Who Can Apply
The business must be woman-owned or woman-led, meaning it has a woman founder or co-founder. It must have generated at least $100,000 in annual revenue, have been operating for at least 12 months at the time of entry, and not have received a grant from Entreprenista within the past 12 months. The person entering must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of one of the 50 states or Washington, D.C.
The business must be based and registered in the United States and organized as a corporation, LLC or limited partnership, and nonprofits are welcome. Sole proprietorships and unregistered businesses are not eligible. The business also needs a physical U.S. address, so P.O. boxes, virtual offices, registered agent addresses and mail-forwarding addresses do not qualify. Each business can enter once.
Timeline
- Entries open: July 1, 2026
- Entries close: November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET
- Winner selected: On or around December 10, 2026
The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period, so a complete and accurate entry is what counts. Entreprenista may ask for proof of identity or eligibility before awarding the grant, and the winner’s name is shared with other participants when the grant is announced.
How to Apply
Applications are submitted online through the Entreprenista Evolve Grant page. An authorized officer of the business completes the form with a first and last name, a valid business email address, the company name, the company website and average revenue. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase the chances of winning. The full eligibility requirements are in the grant’s official rules.
