BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, Oct 26, CMC - The Barbados-based Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) Monday said it has reached a major milestone in international development finance with the publication of a new working paper that provides a practical pathway for multilateral development banks (MDBs) to increase lending capacity and strengthen resilience to external shocks.
