The Black Leadership Circle Gathering, hosted by Tamla Olivier, president and CEO of BGE, brought together an inspiring group of Black executive leaders from across the Greater Baltimore region for an evening rooted in connection, collaboration and community. Designed to foster authentic relationships, the June 23 gathering created space for leaders to engage in meaningful conversations, share experiences and strengthen the networks that help shape the future of our region.

Leaders from business, government, education, healthcare, philanthropy and the nonprofit sector came together to exchange ideas, explore opportunities for collaboration and reflect on the importance of collective leadership in advancing stronger communities. The evening highlighted the value of creating intentional spaces where Black leaders can build trust, support one another and cultivate partnerships that extend beyond the event itself.

As the Black Leadership Circle continues to grow, it remains a powerful platform for connecting leaders who are committed to creating opportunity, advancing equity and driving lasting impact throughout Greater Baltimore. Gatherings like this reinforce that meaningful change begins with strong relationships and a shared commitment to lifting one another and the communities we serve.
