The meeting brought together members of Belize’s mediation, arbitration and broader dispute-resolution community to review the association’s work and discuss its future direction.
During the AGM, members elected a new executive team to lead ADRAB and advance its mission of promoting effective and peaceful dispute resolution in Belize.
Wendy Oxley was elected as the association’s new President, taking on the role with a focus on professional excellence, collaboration and the continued development of the dispute-resolution field.
Under the new leadership, ADRAB plans to strengthen professional development opportunities, expand its membership and outreach, and promote greater collaboration among practitioners. The association also aims to advance the use of peaceful dispute-resolution mechanisms throughout Belize.
