Phaedra Parks & Chris Tamburello Hard-Launch Their Relationship On The Creative Arts Emmys Red Carpet
Phaedra Parks and Chris Tamburello, reality TV stars, make their red carpet debut as a couple at the Creative Arts Emmys.

Phaedra Parks is boo’d up, and making sure everyone knows it. The reality TV star, with receipts as long as the glamorous lace fronts she wears, stepped out with Chris Tamburello at the Creative Arts Emmys on Sept. 5. Social media has been officially invested ever since. (And to by honest fans have been invested in Phaedra’s love life since Apollo.)
Phaedra and Chris were among the many stars helping kick off Emmy season. They matched each other’s fly in all black and looked good doing it.
Phaedra rocked a black velvet Jovani Couture gown. The dress featured sexy cutouts, an exaggerated length and sparkling crystal details around the bodice and high slit. Oozing Southern charm, which is synonymous with the star, the gown fit Phaedra’s curves perfectly and brought plenty of drama to the carpet.
She pulled out a retro-style platinum blonde wig to complement the dress. With its side part and deep waves, the hairstyle gave instant glamour. Styled by Kalie Wolfe, Phaedra’s hair added even more glitz and glam to an already glamorous red-carpet moment.
Chris took a classic approach to date night with Phaedra. He rocked a black tuxedo with a white button-down shirt and black bow tie. He also donned a simple brooch that coordinated with the sparkling details in Phaedra’s gown.
Phaedra Parks And Chris Tamburello Started As Friends
Long before they hit the Emmys carpet together, their story started on reality TV. The love birds met while filming Season 2 of Peacock’s “The Traitors,” where they formed a friendship and fans quickly noticed their chemistry. Now, People is calling them “a match made in reality TV heaven.”
The Creative Arts Emmys marked the couple’s red-carpet debut as an item, one day after Phaedra confirmed their relationship. While appearing on “Jeff Lewis Live,” Phaedra confirmed the two had already been on dates and clarified their Emmy plans. Chris was presenting, and Phaedra was his date.
Around the same time, Chris posted a picture of a van to his Instagram Stories. According to People, he wrote that he was about “to pick up bae.” He later shared videos of Phaedra in Lewis’ studio and riding with him afterward.
The Emmy appearance followed weeks of rumors about Chris and Phaedra. The two had been spotted together and exchanging telling comments and messages on social media, giving fans plenty to talk about.
On Aug. 9, Chris wrote that he was still looking for a plus-one to the Emmys and asked for help getting Phaedra there. He asked if anyone could put “in a good word for me” with her.
She wrote back, “Baby I’m already yours.” Congrats to the happy couple.
