The Swarovski Foundation grant for young creatives closes Nov. 9, 2026, and the winners will each receive €20,000, plus mentorship and education. The grant is part of the foundation’s Creatives for Our Future program, created with the United Nations Office for Partnerships to support creatives whose work tackles sustainability.
Applications close at 11:59 p.m. GMT on Nov. 9, which is 3:59 p.m. Pacific and 6:59 p.m. Eastern. There is no application fee listed.
Who Can Apply for the Swarovski Foundation Grant
Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years old by the deadline. If you turn 30 after Nov. 9, you can still apply. The program is open to creatives anywhere in the world, including the United States.
The foundation accepts work in jewelry, fashion, art, design, architecture, videography, photography and engineering. Performing arts and literature are not included. Your project does not need to use Swarovski crystal, but it does need to use creativity to address a sustainability challenge.
You do not need a registered business to apply. You can apply as an individual, as a sole proprietor or for a company you fully own. Cofounders or employees applying on behalf of a company are not eligible.
What You Need to Apply
Along with the online application, you will need a creative portfolio of your past and current work under 50MB, an introduction video in English of up to two minutes explaining who you are and what you are working on, a valid passport and one academic or professional reference.
What Winners Receive
Each person selected receives €20,000, or the equivalent in an agreed currency, along with mentorship, education and access to the foundation’s global network. Winners will be notified by email in April 2027, and the program runs from fall 2027 through fall 2028.
There are two things to plan for before you apply. Winners must take part in program activities and travel to the United Kingdom, so you will need a valid passport and any required visas. The grant also cannot be used for university costs or end-of-degree projects.
How to Apply
Applications are submitted through the program’s application page. Questions about eligibility can go to the foundation at CFOF@swarovskifoundation.org.
With less than a week left, gather your portfolio and record your video first, since those take the longest to prepare.
