Christian Siriano’s NYFW Brunch & Rare Carat Drop Has Us Ready To Shine Bright Like A Diamond

There’s not much that can get me out of bed first thing in the morning after several busy days at New York Fashion Week (NYFW). Brunch with Christian Siriano is definitely one of them.

Especially when diamonds are involved.

Fresh off a dramatic Project Runway finale, Christian invited me and other fashion insiders to The Peninsula on September 15 for lobster, grilled cauliflower, mimosas and, most importantly, an up-close look at the newest jewelry from his collaboration with Rare Carat.

As guests arrived, a pianist played music that sounded like it came straight from the “calm” playlist on my Apple Music. The room was lush and green, filled with flowers and faux greenery. Diamonds, rings and other pieces were tucked throughout the space, giving us several chances to get close and see all that sparkle for ourselves.

The jewelry was the main character. For obvious reasons.

Candice Huffine, Bronwyn Newport and Emily Kammeyer were among the guests in the room. Celebrity stylists Ty Hunter and Bailey Moon were also in attendance.

After taking everything in, I sat down with Christian to talk jewelry. Before getting into brides, diamonds and the new collection, I wanted to know what jewelry he actually reaches for every day.

“I wear this Saint Laurent bracelet every day,” Christian Siriano told HelloBeautiful. “I also wear this vintage Cartier watch from 1991.”

For events, he takes things up a notch. “I wear, like, my diamonds and things,” he added.

Christian Siriano And Rare Carat Are Back With More Diamonds

Now Christian is giving us something special to wear during some of the biggest moments in our own lives.

Christian first debuted his jewelry collaboration with Rare Carat during September 2025 NYFW, bringing his design perspective to engagement rings, wedding bands and other fine jewelry.

Now the relationship continues.

Christian Siriano Says Jewelry Should Fit Everybody, Too

Christian has long been known for designing for women across sizes and body types. During our conversation, he explained why that same approach carries over into jewelry.

“It’s the same thing with jewelry. It’s ring sizes, it’s everything,” he told HB.

And while people often assume jewelry automatically works for everyone, Christian said it isn’t quite that simple.

“People were telling me that ‘Jewelry fits everybody,’ and I was like, actually, it doesn’t,” he said. “You actually need every single size. You need every single length. A choker has to have multiple sizes because everybody has a different size neck.”

The Christian Siriano collection is available now through Rare Carat. Many of the Siriano-designed settings and bands are priced under $2,000, with final engagement ring prices varying depending on the diamond selected.
