Bantu Nots Continues “B11NG0” Mixtape Rollout With Forthcoming Third Single. Bantu Nots is turning up the anticipation for his upcoming project B11NG0, confirming that his third single will arrive this Thursday as the mixtape rollout gathers momentum.

The artist shared the news on social media, calling on fans to tap into the B11NG0 pre-save link available in his bio. The announcement follows the release of “Yenza”, an energetic single that arrived around 20 to 21 August and helped establish the sound and direction of the forthcoming project.
Next up is the title track, “B11NG0”, which is scheduled to drop on 27 August. The single will serve as another glimpse into the 16-track mixtape, which is set for release on 3 September.
For Bantu Nots, B11NG0 represents far more than another music project. The title is “011 in reverse”, a creative nod to Johannesburg’s famous 011 dialling code and the city that has played a major role in shaping his identity and sound.
“The city made me. The city hears me,” the rapper previously shared during the rollout, describing the project as a reflection of Jozi energy and his own “Girls Radio” frequency.
Behind the music is also a deeply personal story. Reflecting on the making of the project in a recent interview, Bantu Nots opened up about the sacrifices that came with creating the body of work.
“This project cost me more than music. It cost me tears, a home and people I once called family. I had to lose the old version of myself to become the artist I was meant to be,” he said.
The rapper also acknowledged the producers, featured artists and everyone who contributed to bringing B11NG0 to life.
Bantu Nots has steadily built his profile since the release of his self-titled project Bantu Nots, a name gifted to him by Blxckie as a reference to both his distinctive hairstyle and African roots. He followed it with the Bantu Nots Extension Mixtape and singles such as “Diba Dance” and “EASTRAND TO LA”, continuing to carve out his own lane within South African hip-hop.
Now, with B11NG0 approaching, Bantu Nots appears ready to make his most personal statement yet. Rooted in Johannesburg culture while embracing a genre-blending sound, the project promises another chapter in the rapper’s evolution.
With the title track arriving Thursday and the full mixtape landing in September, the countdown is officially on. For Bantu Nots, the message is clear: Johannesburg is listening.
