For its latest collaboration, ARCS is bringing a creative community together around a shared cause. Partnering with technical designer and longtime friend Arun Rose, the South East London label has transformed its deadstock into four one-of-one bags, with every £10 raffle donation supporting families in Palestine through The Sameer Project.
“I’ve known Arun for years, so this project happened really naturally,” says ARCS founder Alice Carvill. “We both wanted to create something new using deadstock fabrics, while raising money for a cause that really matters to us both.”

Rather than producing a commercial collection, the collaboration gives surplus ARCS materials a second life through Rose’s technical design practice. Building on the brand’s modular aesthetic, he has incorporated materials including Dyneema, ECCO FSDX Dyneema leather and RFID-blocking linings – shielding the contents from data and contactless theft – to create accessories designed for everyday urban use, balancing durability with thoughtful functionality.

Photographed during Paris Men’s Fashion Week by longtime friend Frayser Thorne, the campaign expands that sense of collaboration beyond the bags themselves. Rather than relying on a traditional cast, it brings together the designers, founders, and creatives who make up ARCS’ extended community, with appearances from Goodhood, Story mfg., Purple Mountain Observatory, Awaykin, OCTI, Saul Nash, Peak Magazine, and Wavey Garms. Together, the images capture the creative relationships that have shaped ARCS, making the campaign as much a portrait of London’s independent fashion community as it is a showcase for the collection.
“We were in Paris for men’s fashion week and used it as an opportunity to bring our friends and collaborators together to be involved in the campaign,” Carvill explains. “Getting so many friends of the brand involved, including our amazing photographer Frayser and creatives from our South London home, made it feel really special.”

The four one-of-one bags, along with their modular pouches, will be available exclusively through a £10 raffle, with every donation going directly to The Sameer Project to support families in Palestine, and winners will be announced on 17th July.
