Egyptian President El Sisi says Africa is no longer merely a consumer market but a promising industrial and technological partner.
He says economic growth cannot be attained in isolation from equitable global financial architecture. El Sisi adds that African countries are subjected to unfair financing conditions.
Meanwhile, President Ramaphosa has used the gathering to meet with a number of leaders, including the African Union Commission chairperson Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
