A Recap of Aman’s 2018 Journey 

Happy New Year from Aman Properties!

As we welcome the New Year, we look back at the year that changed Aman. A year of coming together, stepping into the public eye, and reaching milestones that marked the beginning of something bigger. 

It began with three established real estate companies, Laphto Life Properties, New Life Properties, and Sky View Properties, coming together under one identity: Aman Properties. Bringing together years of experience and a shared vision, they came together under a name that stands for what every property journey should be built on: safety, trust, and peace of mind. 

But this was more than a new name or a new logo. With Aman came a name that reflects what we believe matters most in property: giving people the confidence and peace of mind to make one of life’s biggest decisions, knowing their property is in safe hands. 

Then came the moment we introduced Aman to the public.

Through the Aman Addis Expo, we opened our doors to people exploring property in Addis Ababa, from prospective homeowners and families to property investors. It gave people the chance to meet us, explore our properties, ask questions, compare options, and get to know the brand behind the name.

And then came another milestone.

We closed the year with more than 100 sales in a single month.

For us, that number means much more than sales. It represents people who chose to take the next step with us. It represents trust, conversations, decisions, and the beginning of new journeys.

Looking back, the year was not simply about changing our name, launching a brand, holding an expo, or reaching a sales milestone.

It was about building something with a stronger foundation and bringing years of experience in the Addis Ababa real estate market together under one identity.

And while there is a lot to celebrate, we do not see these milestones as the finish line. We see them as the beginning of what Aman Properties can become.

So, as we step into the New Year, we do so with gratitude for everyone who has been part of our journey and excitement for everything still ahead.
