By Zoila Palma: On August 7, 2026, the Social Security Board (SSB) celebrated 25 years of empowering future generations through education by awarding 85 scholarships to deserving High School and Sixth Form students from across the country.
The ceremony featured inspiring messages from guest speakers, heartfelt video testimonials from past scholarship recipients who are now making their mark in the workforce, and a fun interactive photo booth where awardees captured memories of this important milestone.
SSB extended congratulations to all scholarship recipients.
“We wish you every success as you embark on this exciting new chapter. Your future is bright, and we are proud to be part of your journey,” SSB expressed.
