By Zoila Palma: Mayor Bernard Wagner and the Belize City Council has extended support to students and teachers of Sacred Heart R.C. School in Crique Sarco Village, Toledo District, with a donation of much-needed school supplies.
The school serves families in the remote rural community who face financial and geographic challenges in accessing essential educational resources.
The donated items include notebooks, pens, pencils, markers, construction paper, Bristol board, folders and other classroom materials.
The Belize City Council said the support will help ease the financial burden on parents while strengthening the learning environment for students and teachers.
The Council also thanked Principal Calistro Bo for reaching out for assistance and for his continued efforts on behalf of the students.
