By Zoila Palma: Youth Shadow Mayor Caitlin Aragon officially began her leadership experience with the Belize City Council after being welcomed by Mayor Bernard Wagner during an introductory visit to City Hall.
As part of the visit, Aragon toured the Office of the Mayor and learned about the daily responsibilities of the Mayor’s Office and the Belize City Council’s role in serving residents and guiding the city’s development.
The initiative provides mentorship and hands-on exposure to local government, giving the Youth Shadow Mayor valuable insight into leadership and public service
