THE West Vancouver Police Department responded to a call of a rider injured in an e-dirt bike collision on August 12 at 5:50 p.m. The rider, a youth, was transported to Lions Gate Hospital by Emergency Health Services.
The Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) is conducting an investigation.
“The West Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in establishing the events leading up to this collision,” says Suzanne Birch, spokesperson for West Vancouver Police. “Any witnesses to, or footage of, an e-dirt bike rider in the area surrounding 30th Street and Mathers Ave between 5 p.m. and 5:20 p.m. is asked to call 604-925-7300 and quote file #26-8462.”
