Victim identified in Vancouver’s CRAB Park homicide
THE Vancouver Police Department on Thursday identified the victim of Wednesday’s homicide in CRAB Park as 57-year-old Victor Charles McIntyre. VPD Homicide investigators are asking anyone who knew McIntyre, or who has information regarding his murder, to contact the VPD Homicide Unit at 604-717-2500
