Diddy Sent to Solitary After Allegedly Choking Out Inmate at Fort Dix

Diddy landed in solitary confinement at FCI Fort Dix this week after getting into a fight with a fellow inmate.

Sources said another prisoner came at Diddy with some disrespect, and he decided to handle it with his hands instead of walking away.

The two went at each other, pushing and throwing punches before guards stepped in to separate them.

Loren Lorosa posted on X that a source told her Diddy choked the man out badly.

She added that when she called Combs’ reps, they didn’t dispute it, and prison officials threw him in the hole, where he could be sitting for up to 30 days.

This is the most serious infraction of his incarceration, but it’s not his first time catching heat behind bars.

Diddy arrived at Fort Dix in October 2025 to begin his 50-month federal sentence after a jury convicted him on two Mann Act counts.

The jury acquitted him of the heavier charges, sex trafficking and racketeering, but he still walked away with a conviction and a $500,000 fine.

Before Fort Dix, Combs spent over a year at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where things weren’t exactly calm either.

A close friend said that Diddy woke up one night in MDC to find a knife pressed against his neck. His legal team raised that at sentencing as a safety threat, though the friend described it as more intimidation than a real attempt on his life.

Fort Dix was supposed to be the safer option, but Diddy couldn’t make it a week there without getting caught drinking homemade prison liquor.

Prison sources said the recipe used Fanta, sugar and apples left to sit for about two weeks until the whole thing turned alcoholic.

That was an especially rough look for someone who’d just told the judge he’d been sober for the first time in 25 years.

A fight infraction in federal prison isn’t just uncomfortable, it can cost good-time credits and actually extend the sentence.

That’s a real problem for Diddy, who’s been counting on an ongoing appeal and a rumored presidential pardon to get him out early.

Fox News reported he was sentenced on October 3, 2025, to 50 months, with five years of supervised release to follow.

The Bureau of Prisons currently lists Diddy’s projected release date as February 23, 2028.
