Semi-finals:
- Bugerere Vs Kyaggwe
- Butambala Vs Gomba
The four last standing teams in the 2026 Buganda Masaza Cup were determined after the respective return legs for the quarter finals.
Five-time record champions Gomba tussle against Butambala whilst Bugerere will square up against Kyaggwe.
Gomba progressed 3-1 on aggregate over Buddu after two legs.
While Gomba won the first leg convincingly 3-0 at Kabulasoke PTC playground, Buddu triumphed in the subsequent leg at the Kitovu sports arena in Masaka city.
Kyaggwe ejected Mawogola 4-2 on aggregate. Kyaggwe won the second leg at their Bishops SS Mukono fortress 3-1.
Bugerere eliminated Kyaddondo 5-4 in post match penalties after the contest was tied 1-all.
Butambala also needed a post match penalty win, succeeding 4-2 over Busujju.
Of all the semi-finalists, Gomba is the only team to have won the championship, boasting of an enviable five titles.
Butambala, Kyaggwe and Bugerere are yet to win any title. The first legs of the semi-finals will be played on Sunday, 27th September 2026.
Buweekula are the reigning champions from the 2025 edition.
