Yas Comores has inaugurated the first digital store in the Comoros, expanding its customer-facing presence as the operator supports the country’s digital transformation.
Located on the Route de l’Alliance Française, the new store is designed to simplify access to Yas Comores’ services and provide customers with in-person support. The company said the space will have a dedicated team to assist customers throughout their interactions.
The inauguration was attended by Oumouri Mmadi Hassani, Minister of Posts, Telecommunications, Digital Economy and Transparency. His presence and support for the initiative reflect the government’s focus on advancing digital transformation closer to communities across the Comoros.
Yas Comores said the new store represents another step towards making digital services more accessible, with technology opening up new possibilities in everyday life.
The company added that the initiative is part of its broader vision of building a digital environment that is accessible to all, while bringing its services closer to customers.
