A member of the Braxton family is mourning a devastating loss.
Von Scales, the husband of singer, entrepreneur, reality star Trina Braxton, has died.
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Von Scales, beloved husband of Trina Braxton,” Trina’s publicist David Robinson said in a statement to BOSSIP. “The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers, but is asking for privacy at this time as they navigate this unfortunate event.”
Additional details surrounding Scales’ death were not immediately available. He was 58.
