As-Salaamu ’Alaykum.
With profound sadness, yet complete trust in the wisdom and decree of Almighty Allah, we have received the news of Mother Khadijah Farrakhan’s return to her Lord.
On behalf of the members of Masjid Muhammad, The Nation’s Mosque, the Medinah LIFE Community Development Corporation, International Coalition for Peace and Reconciliation, Muslim Journal, and my family, please accept our deepest condolences to the Hon. Min. Louis Farrakhan, to the Farrakhan family, and the entire Nation of Islam members.
For more than seven decades, Mother Khadijah exemplified steadfast devotion, dignity, patience, and unwavering commitment beside her husband through periods of tremendous sacrifice, challenge, and service.
Her quiet strength and faithful support represent a legacy that will continue to inspire generations of believers. Behind every great servant of Allah often stands another servant whose faith, sacrifice, and constancy help sustain the mission. We pray that Allah accepts her life of service among the righteous.
At moments such as these, we are reminded that every soul belongs to Allah and returns to Him. While our hearts experience grief, our faith anchors us in hope and gratitude for lives that leave enduring examples of love, commitment, and perseverance.
Please know that the Farrakhan family and the Nation of Islam remain in our prayers. May Allah (SWT) envelop Mother Khadijah in His infinite mercy, admit her among His righteous servants, expand and illuminate her resting place, and grant her the highest stations of Paradise.
May He comfort the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, strengthen every member of the family, and grant all who mourn, patience, steadfast faith, and His Divine peace.
Indeed, “Surely we belong to Allah, and surely to Him we return.” (Qur’an 2:156)
