By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): The Cayo Centre for Employment Training is now accepting registrations for its Advanced Bartending Level 3 course, starting September 28, 2026.
The course runs Monday to Friday at the Cayo CET campus in two shifts, 8am to 12pm or 4pm to 8pm. It covers 100 contact hours over four weeks and is delivered by qualified and experienced instructors.
Applicants need at least two years of bartending experience, or a Tourism Hospitality Management Level 2 certificate.
The full course costs $800 and includes theory and practical sessions, educational trips, a bartending competition, and all materials. Participants who complete the programme receive a Cayo CET Level 3 certificate.
Bartending professionals will taste, evaluate, and grade the cocktails and beverages prepared by participants during the course.
