BGYO explore love & dating in 'Vertical On Demand' microdrama series — watch

BGYO are bringing the stories behind their music to the screen. Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate have stepped into leading man roles for Vertical On Demand, an ongoing microdrama series inspired by songs from their latest EP, On Demand. The series is available to watch via BGYO's official YouTube channel. Through bite-sized stories, Vertical On Demand explores different sides of romance, from taking a chance on someone to navigating the more complicated parts of relationships.  The series opened with 'Life’s Too Short', starring Akira, JL, and Reign Parani. Akira plays Jules, who turns to his best friend Red (JL) for help planning a surprise date where he hopes to confess his feelings to Diane (Reign). JL then stars opposite Joy Barcoma in 'Mean Girl'. The episode follows Brian (JL) as he tries to find the perfect dating spot for his girlfriend Trish (Joy), only for her to turn down each of his suggestions. For 'Raindrop', Gelo is paired with Alexa Ilacad for an anniversary date that takes a more emotional turn. As James (Gelo) and Kai (Alexa) look back on their memories together, the couple are also forced to confront the state of their relationship. The latest instalment, 'Trono', sees Mikki and Nate competing for a date, before discovering that Kolette Madelo has been playing them both. Vertical On Demand follows BGYO's recent mall tour in support of On Demand, which brought the group to SM City Telabastagan, SM City Novaliches, SM City Sto.
