By Zoila Palma: The Belize Livestock Producers’ Association (BLPA) has congratulated the winners of the Grilling Competition held as part of the Belize Beef Fest & Rodeo on August 15, 2026.
The association also thanked all participants whose skill, passion and participation contributed to the success of the competition.
In the beef category, Marc Antonio Uck captured first place, followed by Sandra’s Meat Shop in second and Brian Plett in third. In the pork category, David Flores took first place, with Brian Plett placing second and John Wall finishing third.
The lamb category saw Carl Johnston claim the top spot, while Brian Plett secured second place and David Flores placed third.
The winners were recognized for their grilling skills and culinary expertise showcased during the competition.
The BLPA also extended appreciation to all participants, judges, sponsors and supporters who helped make the grilling competition a memorable part of the Belize Beef Fest & Rodeo.
